A booking is confirmed only once a deposit or full payment has been received and acknowledged by us in writing. Prices displayed on this site are indicative and subject to change until a booking is confirmed; we will always confirm final pricing before requesting payment. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout and may include card, mobile money, bank transfer, or third-party payment gateways.

Safari and adventure travel carries inherent risks, including but not limited to wildlife encounters, road conditions, and remote locations with limited medical facilities. Our guides follow established safety protocols, but you participate in all activities at your own risk and should ensure you have adequate travel and medical insurance.
Acute Adventures acts as an agent in arranging accommodation, transport, and activities provided by third-party operators (lodges, airlines, vehicle operators, and similar). While we carefully vet our partners, we are not liable for their acts, omissions, or the quality of services beyond our reasonable control, including delays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
